Yes, of course! If you would like us to direct your Custom Cookie order to somebody else, simply fill in their postal details when placing an order and let us know who to address the package to. However, don't forget to leave us your contact details as all tracking updates will be sent to you.

All of our cookies are individually packaged in heat sealed bags, this allows them to have a shelf life of up to six weeks when stored correctly. 

To ensure your COOKIES stay fresh for up to six weeks, store your cookies in a cool, dry place and avoid placing them in direct sunlight or the fridge.

COOKIE CAKES for your event can be left out for a few hours after you've received your order - if required. Do not leave in direct sunlight.

No - Unless you specifically request gluten free cookies. 

*Please note* Although we use all GF ingredients in our cookies and clean all utensils, bowls, work bench etc as we bake in a kitchen where gluten may be used in other products we CANNOT guarentee that the product has not been cross contaminated with products that contain gluten.
